We are extremely happy with our dealings with Wilma Li and equally as elated with the final outcome, i.e. closing price.
Wilma's strong negotiation skills, professionalism and finesse have all attributed to the success of our sale. To this day, I believe we are the record holder for top closing price within our development. Although we encountered stiff competition with similar suites, Wilma's foresight and recommendations had enabled us to close before our competitors and at a significantly higher price.

Being immigrants, our relationship with Wilma started long before we started looking for a home in North Vancouver. She was our relocation specialist!
When we eventually landed in September 2005, our impressions of Wilma were further strengthened. What comes to mind are: flexibility, customer first, the extra mile.
